Who we are

The Pickled Pink Sports, Corporation operates The Pickle Pad St. George league website at picklepadleagues.com, including Big Kahuna Leagues (The Pickle Pad Leagues). This policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse the website, sign in, register, or participate in league activities.

Information we collect

We collect account and profile information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, gender, skill level, optional profile photo, home location, and substitute availability. We also keep league registrations, payment status and transaction references, schedules, match results, check-ins, substitute requests, messages, announcement read status, and records of waiver acceptance. Our service providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request logs, and session identifiers to deliver and protect the service.

Google sign-in

If you choose Google sign-in, Google and our authentication provider, Supabase, process your sign-in and provide basic account information, including your Google account identifier, name, verified email address, and profile picture if available. We use this information to authenticate you, create or link your player account, and maintain your session. We request basic identity permissions; we do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar. We do not receive your Google password.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models. You can revoke the Google connection through your Google Account connections. Revoking access does not automatically delete league records; contact us to request deletion.

How we use information

We use information to manage player accounts, preserve existing registration history, organize rosters and skill divisions, arrange matches and substitutes, calculate standings, confirm payment status, deliver sign-in emails and league notices, respond to requests, prevent misuse, and maintain records needed for league operations.

Payments

Stripe processes online payments on its hosted checkout pages. The league website stores registration payment status and relevant transaction references, rather than your full card number or security code. Stripe handles payment details under its privacy policy.

When information is shared

Authorized league managers can access information needed to administer leagues, including player contact information, registrations, waiver acceptance, and payment status. Player names, team assignments, match results, and standings may be visible to other participants or website visitors where displayed. Messages you submit are available to the intended league recipients and managers.

We use service providers to operate the website, including Supabase for authentication, Resend for sign-in email delivery, Stripe for payments, and our hosting and storage providers. They process information needed to provide their services. We may disclose information when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect people, enforce league rules, or address fraud or security incidents. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Cookies and security

We use necessary cookies and similar session storage to keep you signed in and complete secure sign-in redirects. Blocking these may prevent sign-in from working. We use access controls and verified sign-in to help protect information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information as needed to operate your account and leagues, resolve disputes, maintain payment and waiver records, and meet legal obligations. You can update available profile fields within your account. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us below. We may verify your identity before acting on a request and may retain records that are needed for legal, accounting, security, or dispute purposes. Our providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they operate.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.
