League website
The Pickled Pink Sports, Corporation operates The Pickle Pad St. George league website, including Big Kahuna Leagues. These terms cover use of the website to manage profiles, register for leagues, view schedules and standings, record scores, and communicate about league activities.
Your account and conduct
Use accurate account information and an email address you control. Protect your sign-in codes and access to your Google account. Do not impersonate others, submit false scores, harass participants, post unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service. Managers may correct scores and moderate messages to administer league play.
Registration and payment
League dates, times, fees, capacity, and format are shown with the applicable league. Registration is subject to availability and any applicable waitlist. Online payments are processed through Stripe. If a payment or registration appears incorrect, contact the league manager before paying again. Full registration refunds are available until the league begins; no refunds are offered after the league begins.
Participation
Players must follow facility rules, published league rules, and manager instructions. Participation requires acceptance of the separate league waiver presented during registration. These website terms do not replace that waiver. Contact a manager about schedule changes, substitutions, eligibility, or score disputes.
Privacy and availability
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. We work to keep the website and league records accurate and available, but interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if you notice an error or cannot access information needed for play.
